I am a big fan of thai food, so I had to give this place a try, which is highly recommended by the locals I've asked about it. When I pulled in to the parking lot and exited my car, the smell hit me and instantly had me salivating. Inside is a nice, cozy interior and the sound of a wok over a hot flame. The food was absolutely sublime, and the flavor was amazing. Highly recommend and I will 100% be coming back to indulge myself on more of this food

If you haven't been here then you need to go. Actually my favorite restaurant in town. Huge bonus cause the staff is super nice and if you go like 3 times in a year it feels like they start to know you. I always get the pad Thai with level 4 for the spice, and if that isn't hot enough they'll give you a side of extra spice to really turn up the heat!!

EAT Thai is a favorite restaurant of mine and many others in town! I like to order the Classic Thai Fried Rice with chicken (spice level 0). I do appreciate that you can choose your preferred spice level! I also wanted to order the Rosella tea and the staff member who helped with my order gave me a sample to see if I would like it. I then ordered it with some coconut milk and it was delicious! Wonderful food and a great atmosphere.

Ordered Pad Thai, classic fried rice (both with chicken) and Thai milk boba to go. Everything tasted amazing, authentic, and unique. Definitely has that homemade touch to it that makes it great. The eating environment itself was beautiful and clean and the staff were extremely friendly, social and quick to offer anything we needed.

A really great diamond in the rough little restaurant in this town. Staff are amazing, service is spectacular, food is beyond great. Definitely a strong recommendation if you're looking for some asian/thai food.

Best thai food I've ever had. The pork jerky had me smiling and the curry and fried rice wonderful too. I eat a lot and had 2 portions for under 30. I'll say the Thai iced tea was middle of the road but the food really impressed me. The fried rice is hot (on a scale of 1-5 I believe, we had a 2) my wife and I can handle moderate spice and both thought 2 was good or even hot. The curry I had was fine at a 2 and felt perfect in spice to me. Everything was flavorful. I've been to about 14 places in Bismarck and didn't think I was missing out on food until I came here. Staff was friendly and helpful (explained the scale well, food came out in a reasonable time frame even though they were busy). Will come back again.

Their spring rolls are amazing! Don't forget to get them with peanut sauce! All the other food I've tried from here has been great. They are a little on the pricier side but seem to be always busy for good reason.

Food was great! Be ware of the spiciness though, as I got a level “three,” and it was as spicy as some places level “fours.” Food was other wise great, and the service was fast and good!
